This year, Back to School looks a little different because of COVID-19 restrictions. Children in the Family Sunshine Shelter or counseling are at risk of starting the new school year without the critical supplies and tools they need for academic success.
We are creating individualized back to school packs for all of our clients to help them ease into virtual learning.
Needed items include
- Masks
- Planners
- pens
- mechanical pencils or wooden pencils with a sharpener
- highlighters
- earbuds
- notebook paper
- printer paper
- notebooks
- two prong folders
- small whiteboards
- flash drives
- totebags
Monetary donations are also needed to provide therapeutic materials for them to use at home.
